PREMIERE CLASS

A four month customized coaching services program designed for the executive seeking assistance in leadership skills, life/work balance, and personal priorities clarification. Program includes mutually defined goals and accountabilities.

Sensitive to the individual needs of the executive, non invasive, confidential assessments are included as appropriate. These include: use of the Profiles XT Assessment and/or 360 Competency Feedback System.
Premiere Class coaching includes weekly conferencing of 30- 50 minutes via web conferencing or telephone.

Unlimited email response system up to 6 months.

BUSINESS EXECUTIVE CLASS

Short term issue defined coaching services designed for the executive seeking assistance in the resolution of a specific business challenge. Individual and/or teleconferencing coaching if 30-40 minutes via web conferencing or telephone.

Weekly email response system for the duration of the project. In-person on-site coaching is available for those within 50 miles of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
