in guidance and counseling, is a licensed professional counselor
in Wisconsin.
Bob's human
resource management experience includes executive positions
in the petrochemical industry in the United States, Middle
East, and various postings in Europe. |

United States, he has had senior positions with internationally
recognized engineering and construction firms. He has been
a counselor administrator with a ground breaking vocational/technical
high school and the American School of Warsaw, Warsaw Poland.
He has also taught graduate classes
at Webster University in The Hague, Holland. |
Areas
of expertise include; human resource policy development, executive
and management training, executive coaching, recruitment,
and workplace violence prevention.
He has spoken nationally on the subjects of employment interviewing, sexual harassment and workplace violence.
